This study adopted the parametric cubic spline of accumulated chords to redefine the tooth profile and the teeth of the gears underwent parametric odeling for convenience in designing and follow-up analysis. Forging gears usually cause the mold (cavity) of the forged gears to be not full or cause errors due to deformation. These phenomena can’t completely obtain the measurement information of the tooth if contact measurement is not directly applied to the tooth using the probe. Unqualified precisions of micro gears usually imply that molds should undergo accurate corrections but compensating corrections should also depend on the complete measurement information. Last, the relationship between the corrected tooth using mathematical simulation and the measurement platform is used to explore the measurement method of micro gears. 王進猷 2010 學位論文 ; thesis 73 zh-TW
