Description
Summary:碩士 === 正修科技大學 === 機電工程研究所 === 98 === This study explored the use of micro forming in producing micro gears and redefined the tooth profile of the spur gears through the smoothness of the plastic flow of billet especially since the transition of the intersection point between the tip circle and involute and the intersection point between the involute and the root often has discontinuous differentials which blocks the plastic flow of the billet and would cause interruptions in the flow line. This study adopted the parametric cubic spline of accumulated chords to redefine the tooth profile and the teeth of the gears underwent parametric odeling for convenience in designing and follow-up analysis. Forging gears usually cause the mold (cavity) of the forged gears to be not full or cause errors due to deformation. These phenomena can’t completely obtain the measurement information of the tooth if contact measurement is not directly applied to the tooth using the probe. Unqualified precisions of micro gears usually imply that molds should undergo accurate corrections but compensating corrections should also depend on the complete measurement information. Last, the relationship between the corrected tooth using mathematical simulation and the measurement platform is used to explore the measurement method of micro gears.
