moving of the refinery strategy will cause critical influence on the interested interrelated
industry and career planning of many CPC employees. Therefore this research is done to
look into how the moving of the CPC Kaohsiung refinery strategy will a ffect the
interested-interrelated industry and point out imperative directions for the affected industry
in response to the affection; which is also an issue that the government and
interested-interrelated industry cannot neglect.
The research combined and evaluated the practical involvement along with Business
Organization, Management Information System, Operation System together as a business
indication to the interrelated industries. From the enterprise phase: assist the government to
promote collaborate investments and intergrades strategic alliance of the producer and
manufacturer. From the market phase: strive for the government to open the market to
establish Naphtha Cracking Unit in China and build a cross -strait cooperation marketing
division. From the technical phase: be active in developing high value petrochemical
products, enhance research and development, develop new products, improve product
grade and production technology, cut down cost and increase competitiveness.
