In face of the twenty-first century's knowledge economy,the individuals and organizations must seek knowledge,learn,and to incorporate knowledge transfer and share with other members to enhance organization's competitive advantage. Therefore, knowledge management applied to school administration is the current issue to enhance hecompetitiveness of schools. Through the case study of a senior high school in Tao-Yuan County,questionnaires were employed to survey employees’KM behavior,and data analysis and conclusion were conducted. These samples were gathered across departments of General accounting, Academic Affairs, and Teaching Affairs in this case. SPSS statistical software was applied to analyze the questionnaire measured by Likert five-point scale. The results reveal the ability of the three departments'staff to apply knowledge management is the most important impact on their performance. Suggestions were made accordingly.
