Its purpose is finding out all potential failure modes and the consequence that may be produced, then, deciding the improvement priority by the Risk Priority Numbers. Recently, TRIZ ( Teorija Rezhenija Izobretate Zadach ) technology has developed to find out the solution which worsens the project and assist designer in finding innovative solutions to technical problems in product development processes. It has been proved that TRIZ is a powerful method. This study provides a method related the service quality analysis and improvement in Coin-Operated Laundry.
