The experimental result, Ti were heat treated at different temperature (700℃~800℃), the both bonding strength(three point flexure strength、Shear bond strength test) is better than the control group(49.41 MPa, 7.69 MPa), increases its along with the temperature for the both bonding strength to have the enhancement tendency, and then may obtain the good results by the short heat treatment time (70.45~77.63 MPa, 7.31~9.01 MPa).Then pre –Titanium, 700℃ group condition, were taken to immerse NaOH and H2SO4 solution , the experimental results present that immersion groups were not obvious difference for bonding strength. It is not obvious dropping tendency for bonding strength after thermocycling test running 6000 times. When thermocycline test run 20000 times, bonding strength have slightly the declining trend.
