Summary: | 碩士 === 嘉南藥理科技大學 === 環境工程與科學系暨研究所 === 98 === The aims of this study were to collect available vibration-reduction materials, to test them in the field and to compare their vibration-reducing effects.
According to the survey of perceptions of safety and health in the work environment in 2007 in Taiwan, 15.08% of the employer used hand-held vibration tool, 18.62% of self-employer used hand-held vibration tool. Long term exposure to vibration generated by power hand-held tools may cause a series of disorders in the peripheral vascular, sensorineural and musculoskeletal systems of the hand and arm.
Using ISO 8662 method to test 27 kinds of materials in the field measurements and then using ISO 10819 method to evaluate the vibration-reduction effects were carried out.
The results indicated that materials made of NEOPRENE-SBR and TPE with excellent vibration-reduction capacity accounted for 14.3%, followed by PU materials accounted for 11.1%. When using PUMA AT2680F for test, CELLAMP M5130, CELLAMP M5110, CELLOMER S2120A, TPE 1020, TPE 5020, SA-0800, NX3-150, NX160RS, KSA700, K324, KHT, KHD, KSA300, KSA200, NEOPRENE-SBR achieved the ISO 108192 standards while using HINTL TE5 for test CELLOMER S2110D and NEOPRENE-SBR achieved the ISO 108192 standard.
