It expected to build a system to supply hospitals sharing their reports and images in order to cut down the overuse of high-tech medical instruments and health nsurance payments. This study focused on the factors what could affect CT/MRI utilization. And try to realize the differences in disease, physician specialties and hospital ownership. Material and Method: By Taiwan NHI research database, take the patients who applied for the CT/MRI copy films within 6 months from July 2004 to December 2005. In SAS 9.1 statistical software, not only to understand the basic characters of patients, physicians and hospitals, but also to analyze their correlation and impact factors. Outcomes: About 0.30% CT copy-film cases and 1.37% of the MRI copy-film cases were applied. It is few. But the repeat inspection fees were reducing. The average saved money of CT/MRI is $3,598,189 and $2,031,938NT dollars a year. Medical centers and proprietary hospitals are the most applied groups. The "Emergency Medicine", "Neurosurgery" and "Neurology" specialists and the "Circulatory system diseases", "Injury and poisoning" and "Cancer" patients be used the CT/MRI examination resource-sharing more than the other factors. Conclusion: It is worth to promote the CT/MRI examination resource-sharing program, but needs more efforts. Taiwan NHI bureau should announce the knowledge of resource-sharing to people, enhance the physicians and hospitals’ wills to share their reports, and provides some quality control indicators to audit the reuse of CT/MRI. 蔡文正 2010 學位論文 ; thesis 76 zh-TW
