| Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 營建管理學系碩士班 === 98 === With the information and communication technology in recent years,rapid development and popularization of people in daily life routines and information communication technology has been close to fully integrate, the smart building that is in response to future demands and trends, building planning and design according to their size, type and usage vary, so smart building is now an integral part of the facility architectural design, however, the proportion of our old and new buildings as a whole is about 3:97.
To implement the concept of a smart house, Architecture and Building Research Institute, Ministry of the Interior for the private office buildings, homes, schools and health care institutions of the buildings,the development of safety monitoring, sustainable energy, health care, convenience and comfortable for the priority, construction of the building of intelligent infrastructure, through the wisdom of the existing building and the promotion of public awareness in order to fully construct intelligent living space and to improve the overall competitiveness of national industry ,create high-quality living environment wisdom.
In this study, the most frequently used Chinese universities to study the object library, contains the fifth floor reading room, audio-visual area, auditorium and sixth collection district ,the concept of the wisdom of building the space into library, buildings with both improvement and management of energy-saving, import key to intelligent lighting and energy management system based, study into the differences between pre-and post-improvement,whether there is significant energy savings of the effect to encourage the positive development of the domestic building works, promote economic development and enhancing the environmental quality of life of existing buildings.
