| Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 營建管理學系碩士班 === 98 === In recent years, economic development in Taiwan has been prosperous. Sandstones needed in public construction are mainly from the rivers. Hence, rivers not only supply electric power generation, domestic water use, and agricultural irrigation, but also sandstones as the material for public construction. This study probes into the implementation of sandstone acquisition in Taiwan. By empirically analyzing military assistance provided to the Water Resources office for river dredging, this study measures and analyzes the production system, and proposes feasible improvement suggestions.
This study explores the importance of productivity on river dredging, and suggests that the efficacy of river dredging should be measured by productivity. In addition, improvement suggestions are provided on three aspects, which are method and technique, administration and logistics, and encouragement for the workers, examines the present river dredging project like weather condition, construction grouping, the personnel to train, the construction machinery service. Systems can effectively enhance the efficacy of productivity of river dredging.
