Summary:碩士 === 中華大學 === 營建管理研究所 === 98 === The Construction Management Journal is the most important and professional journal in the construction management domain in Taiwan, therefore, the statistical results of published articles on this journal can reflect the key research status of the construction management domain in Taiwan. This study analyzed the published articles from 1989 to 2009 in the journal to explore the research status and research trend of construction management. Furthermore, for obtaining the journal impact information, this study analyzed the citation information of published articles by the construction management dissertations and had a questionnaire survey for the graduate students and teachers in construction management domain in Taiwan. The research results show that “construction laws and regulations,” “construction project management” and “construction site management and technique” are the major research fields; about 78% of the published 702 articles in 81 volumes are cited by construction management dissertations. In the 114 questionnaire replies, 75% of respondents had read the journal; 74% of respondents might submit their articles to the journal if they have the research outcomes related to construction management; 69% of respondents might recommend others to summit their research outcomes to the journal. In sum, the Construction Management Journal plays a high impact role for the graduate students and teachers in construction management domain in Taiwan.
