| Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 應用數學學系(所) === 98 === This study aims to explore the Industrial Advanced High School students’ career mature. This study is established by public and private Industrial Advanced High School students and conduct research using questionnaires. The instrument, titled the "career maturity scale", while using t test, one way ANOVA and binary logistic regression methods to conduct data processing.
The study found:
First, the "Knowledge of Work" and "Self Concept" higher dimensions of students,
the more inclined to choose "continue studies."
Second, "Career Skills, cognitive" and "Work Choice" higher dimensions of students,
the more inclined to choose the “job first."
Third, Industrial Advanced High School students with different personal attributes,
the "Cognitive Career Development" field, are reaching a significant difference.
Fourth, Industrial Advanced High School students in different personal attributes,
the “Career Planning Approach” areas, are reaching a significant difference.
Fifth, Industrial Advanced High School students in different family backgrounds,
the "Cognitive Career Development" field, are reaching a significant difference.
Sixth, Industrial Advanced High School students in different family backgrounds,
fields of career planning approach, are reaching a significant difference.
Based on these results, there are some suggestions as follow：
First, the teachers of Industrial Advanced High School should take care students with
the knowledge of career maturity.
Second, the students of Advanced High School should be consistent with self’s career
maturity, and develop self’s career.
