This research adopts a method of quality research. The researcher interviewed an elementary school’s principle who won the prize as an outstanding leader honored by the Ministry of Education, his school also won the prize of ICT model school for their creative teaching .
Purpose of this study are four:1.Principal’s concept of creative education.2.Principal’s strategies and approaches for creative education.3.Creative education outcomes and blind spots in this case.4.Provide school leaders and educational authorities suggestions for creativity education.
According to author's analysis of interview notes and the author's collected information, The results of this study,the Key Success Factors of Principal With the following three points: First of all, follow the example of the concept of enterprise management, the “Smile Curve”management model. Second, Enthusiasm on creativity education. The end, through professional dialogue, experience sharing, and professional education and training to enhance the creativity of teachers.
Although there are different opinions, but these will not hinder the creativity of Education case determination of the principals. I also felt that the principal cases of successful experience in creative education. Enough to become the benchmark school of creative education.
Finally, this study proposes four-point proposal:1. Creativity education needs to introduce more innovative concepts.2. Attitude of teachers, need to quickly improve especially in the Innovative teaching and thinking.3.Construction of school vision to creative education, Following the example of the business enterprise spirit of CEO.4. Education Authorities should continue to promote creative education. These are for researchers continue to study and principals and educational institutions in Taiwan to make decision.
