The difference between ATE RF V4 and earlier version are in separate or in same band of transmitter and receiver. The separate band can avoid the interference of transmitter and receiver. Then design dual band antenna. Finally, the ATE RF circuit board and dual band antenna integrate together. To completed characteristics specifications of measurement. And conform the HOY wireless test platform specifications. Chapter 2 and chapter 3 discuss V4 ATE RF board, chapter 4 discuss the dual band antenna, chapter 5 integrate test for ATE circuit board. The goal of HOY project is implementation of wireless test platform. This platform can cost down of test and can replace tradition expensive tester platform, shorten test times. Production version of V4 ATE RF board and dual band antenna both integrate to HOY wireless test platform. HOY wireless test platform has 36 parallel test channel. Test platform also support single channel test.
