The sufficient printer components preparing materials reserve provides the servicemen to carry on the maintenance work period no worries the spare part support, the components which by forecasting technology's application, the enterprise may push estimates crashes the printer to return to the point in time which and the service needs to prepare materials item and quantity. 　　Of case-study material this research take some big printer service business as object of study. The findings showed that in guarantees against damage in the time using the moving average method and guarantees against damage outside the time the components to prepare materials the service demand forecast to be possible to obtain the best forecasting result, but when meets the practical application, the components prepare materials limit in the demand historic information insufficiency situation, in guarantees against damage in the time and guarantees against damage outside the time to be possible to choose the grey forecast or the regression forecast law.
