Therefore, Location-based service becomes an essential part in our daily life. This article will introduce an indoor location sensing method based on RFID (Radio Frequency Identification). This technology is mainly used to locate the position of indoor objects. Our idea is to deploy some RFID tags as a hexagon shape to compute the location of objects. Currently, the usage of RFID focused on identifying RFID tags in readable signal communication zones. As a result, the RFID tag cannot accurately pointed out a precise location, but can only detected which zones it belongs to. However, nowadays the RFID tag can also figured out the relative position by RSSI. Hence, if we apply some arithmetic models and compare each RSSI of RFID tag, we can make the indoor positioning more accurate and will replace the insufficiency of GPS, which cannot work very well indoors. Therefore, Location-based service becomes an essential part in our daily life.
This article will introduce an indoor location sensing method based on RFID (Radio Frequency Identification). This technology is mainly used to locate the position of indoor objects. Our idea is to deploy some RFID tags as a hexagon shape to compute the location of objects.
