And also because M-type society was under the influence of, causing the other end only M words of wealthy people have the ability to buy, resulting from the homogenization of space,form a phenomenon of spatial segregation. The one hand,this study set for Hsinchu City collective housing community household income and the price of the current level of centralization,on the one hand is set for Hsinchu City collective housing community of segregation of indicators. Indicators of segregation are divided into residential segregation and economic segregation, therefore, according to these indicators analyze the current status of spatial segregation, and analyze of indicators of factors to investigate the social of spatial segregation. From this study, the overall point of view, in the current Hsinchu City survey of the community, the centralization of annual household income level, there is the middle class moving to the vulnerable segments of the trend, is also the situation has tend to M-type society (left); housing prices aspects the degree of centralization there is also M-type society to poverty trends of the situation, although there is no low annual income, but to a whole of both income and house prices tend to M-type society (left) of the phenomenon. In the indicators of segregation as a whole, residential segregation index average value of 0.39, indicating that 39% of major commodities need to be changed or removed to eliminate segregation in this state. The factors affecting residential segregation index is the community scale, the proportion of major commodities, and area of the gap size. Economic segregation index average value of 0.82, indicating the community's average income per household is not much difference; also said revenue concentration in a range, and very high degree of segregation. And the factors affecting economic segregation index is the community scale, average family income, the number of square feet of major commodities, and area of the gap size. Thus be concluded that the current of Hsinchu City collective housing community to congregate housing for the object of centralization indeed the case towards to M-type society; indicators of segregation also showed that the current Hsinchu City collective housing community in residential segregation and economic segregation, are also present segregation situation.
