| Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 建築與都市計畫學系碩士班 === 98 === In Taiwan, the construction of farmhouse by the owner of farm land has been regulated by the related laws. But after the amendment of Agricultural Development Act that the farm land is open to free trading and any natural person can acquire farm land, the farm land use has significant change that the farm land is transformed into residential land or commercial land and illegal buildings are everywhere on rural land. In order to stop the worsening trend of rural environment, the government adopted the planning construction through land readjustment and compact settlement to enhance the use of farm land.
Hence, through the satisfaction survey of living environment in current land readjustment rural communities, individual farmhouse communities and compact farmhouse communities, the study learned that the different types of rural communities and different attributes and background of residents had different cognition and demands for the community living environment. In addition, the people in the rural communities that had been constructed under integral planning had higher satisfaction with living environment. Therefore, the study recommends that in future development planning of rural communities, the government adopt planning approach of advantages consolidation in various communities by integrating farm land, configuration of community locations and regulating residential environment to achieve the goal of enhancing the living environment in the rural communities.
