The study finds out the following results: 1. Adjustment of organizational structure is conducive to the performance of Taiwan Life Insurance Company. 2. Organizational culture is personal orientation and bad for cooperation among different units before privatization 3. Leadership is centralized and lack of top-down communication before privatization. Currently, company is inclined to pursue learning organization and interactive adjustment. 4. After privatization, the introduction of business university results in better performance. We provide the following suggestions: 1. The adjustment of organizational structure should be fitted with organizational culture in order to integrate line and staff units. 2. In order to avoid conflict among units, Taiwan Life Insurance Company should reinforce the routine and SOP. 3. Strengthening interactive learning and automotive learning to fulfill learning organization. 4. Systematic recruiting has been adopted but different standards applied to whole company. Thus, newcomer requests to transfer into other unit all the time. 1. Adjustment of organizational structure is conducive to the performance of Taiwan Life Insurance Company.
