The main method is to use smaller piano wire (0.13mm) used in solar wire cutting, with an additional guide wheels, cutting oil, cutting powder affect the slicing machine yield parameters, to develop a process optimization program. Taguchi method is the industry's most commonly used process parameters optimization methods, Taguchi method of parameter design is for measurable quality characteristics were analyzed to identify the most suitable process parameters of the portfolio. The paper focused on Taguchi plan is to identify line cut for yield enhancement approach to improve the number of pieces per kg of output and reduce costs, increase industrial competitiveness.
