The integration between AC3D airplane model and FlightGear flight simulator have been discussed. A three-dimensional aircraft model aircraft not only can control the wing surface angle changes but also can observe aircraft variety attitude at different eye point angles. 3D airplane model simulated aircraft flight motion images can be used as an auxiliary tool for verify the flight control design purposes. With the rapid technological advances, 3D animation, rotation, scaling has changed the traditional image of the visual plane defects have a strong effect of visual realism. AC3D models compatible with Windows and Linux platform, it is easy to use and very powerful. Such as aircraft model build up, 3D game objects design, virtual environment creation can be formed. FlightGear is an open source code flight simulator, the visual displays the aircraft's control wing angle changes, flight attitude, flight path, time, speed, position, posture and so on. AC3D and FlightGear can transfer data to each other to achieve organizational model for the optimization and flight image stabilizing effect. In order to clear understanding of organizational processes, AC3D Tutorial Movies provide relevant models to study and FlightGear provides 3D aircraft model of grammar teaching. This paper based AC3D powerful institution in the current FlightGear B737-800 aircraft and not on behalf of the Chinese University in March this year to participate in competitions horizon Taiwan UAV flying aircraft Apollo Group, and select the B737-800 fuselage and the Apollo as an example details of establishment of the process and steps. In order to be able to demonstrate changes in the aircraft's control surface angle, we described how to load FlightGear aircraft model must be made. At the end we discussed the method and steps to integrate AC3D models into FlightGear in detail.
