| Summary: | 碩士 === 長庚大學 === 商管專業學院 === 98 === With the advent of an aging society, elderly care has become an important must to face issue for many people. In response to this new challenge, how to assist the elderly getting proper home care services will emerge into a new industry. At the same time, the trend of the housing industry in recent years has focused on intelligent residential market.
In view of home care services and intelligent residential market trend, this study aims to provide a conceptual business model for a virtual entrepeurial company to enter the new emerging market. It describes an Intelligent- Box system that is applicable to apply for home care services and intelligent residential market. The product concept and market analysis are presented, and a hypotherical company is used to evaluate the business potential.
Referencing management theories, this thesis has established a step-by-step systematic approach to build up a business model that could be leveraged by others who may be interested in investigating business opportunity in the elderly care arena.
