A cross-sectional survey method, purposive sampling, to the north of a medical center and nursing home to take care of admitted patients in Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines and Chinese nationals and other foreign care workers in this study. Since the Republic of China 98 May to 98 years in October received a total of 150 valid questionnaires. Research tools include basic information table care workers, care information on the status table, was to take care of those basic information sheet, care Stress Scale, the WHOQOL-BREF Taiwan version. The collected data version of SPSS 10.0 software package for archiving, to descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, single-factor analysis of variance, Pearson correlation product-moment and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: foreign care workers caring for stress levels ranging from absolutely no pressure to the pressure between the middle and upper levels. The quality of life in four areas with the highest scores in the areas of social and environmental areas of the lowest scores, and the overall quality of life is a moderate. Expected results of this study can provide nurses to understand the pressure of foreign care workers caring for the relevant conditions and quality of life for their reference, and thus can enhance the care of foreign workers being the ability to take care of those who care.
