Summary: | 碩士 === 長庚大學 === 管理學院碩士學位學程在職專班經營管理組 === 98 === In the knowledge-base economy age, the key success for enterprise will be relied on the knowledge acquired efficiently, knowledge sharing widely in the organizations and the leverage of knowledge among them to have the momentous growth. Therefore the executive of enterprise needs to do some effective management to encourage them proceed knowledge sharing and communication in the organizations which are to be the culture.
The purpose of knowledge management is to improve the wisdom among the organizations in the company and increase the capabilities in market adaptation, competition and problem-solving for getting more profit. Enterprise will keep doing some actions for the changing of marketing, industries, economy by means of knowledge management.
Base on knowledge management is to be the major requirements of enterprise competition and survival, the research will focus on the leading company of Taiwan semi-conductor industries – T Company which has good performance in innovation and execution for benchmark. We expect to examine the effect of implementing knowledge management in the organizations by the depth interview, strategy, people, process and technology phases. We also hope it can be referred by other enterprises.
