However, the duration of stress is longer, then it will be possibly resulted in unhealthy mental condition for employees; therefore, the results of stress that this study researched are not only the “job satisfaction”, but also include the “emotional exhaustion”. Thus, this study is adopted the employees of high-tech companies in Hsinchu Science-Based Industrial Park and Tai Yuen Hi-tech Industry Park as the research object, and mainly conducted the research on the work stressor, supervisor’s leadership and stress result to hope that it can be deeply understood the situation of the stressor and supervisor’s leadership these employees experienced, as well as provided suggestion the management level as the reference in order to significantly help with reducing the stressor, increasing the job satisfaction and lowering the emotional exhaustion as well. The important results of this study are showed as follows: 1. Positive correlation is existed between the Coaching Behavior, Democratic Leadership and Work Stressor and the Job Satisfaction. 2. Negative correlation is existed between the Authoritarian Leadership and the Job Satisfaction. 3. Negative correlation is existed between the Coaching Behavior, Democratic Leadership, Work Stressor and the emotional exhaustion. 4. The important results of this study are showed as follows:
