After the signals are equalized in every antenna for receiver, we use the maximal ratio combining (MRC) method to obtain the optimal estimated transmitted signals. Due to the channel and noise effect, the SNR is different for every subcarrier in OFDM system. That is the reliable degrees of equalized signals on every subcarrier are different. In order to reflect the reliable degrees on every subcarrier, the channel state information can be obtained from the MRC’s coefficients on every subcarrier. The CSI will be used to aid the Viterbi decoder in order to improve the system performance. Finally, we take some examples based on the proposed algorithm to analyze the performances for 1 transmitter antenna and multiple receiver antennas. Y. A. Kao 高永安 2010 學位論文 ; thesis 72
