A measured conversion loss (CL) 8.2 dB at the center frequency and the bandwidth of Radio frequency(RF) form 8.4 to 14 GHz is obtained with a state-of-the-art Image Rejection Ratio (IRR) better than 15 dB and have the 20 dB IRR at 12 GHz center frequency. In other work , we compare three different mixing anti-parallel diode pair(APDP) which is EE/ED/DD mode for single side-band sub-harmonically image rejection up converter mixer (SHIRM ),we analysis the APDP effect about Image Rejection Ratio (IRR) and Conversion Loss(CL).The measured results exhibit a minimum conversion loss for DD mode, a maximum image rejection ratio for EE mode .
