Summary:碩士 === 長庚大學 === 工商管理學系 === 98 === The main purpose is of this research is finding the relationship between pay satisfaction, organization identification, job performance, counterproductive behavior and turnover. We use the China worker as the researching subjects, and received 182 available questionnaires. The result shows that pay satisfaction has positive impact to organization identification, and has negative impact to turnover intention and counterproductive behavior. Organization identification has negative impact to turnover intention and counterproductive behavior. We also found that organization identification can be the intervening variable of pay satisfaction and organization identification.
