Summary: | 碩士 === 長庚大學 === 工商管理學系 === 98 === Although supply chain management has been investigated from different perspectives such as power influences and supply chain integration, literatures only focus on a supplier’s viewpoint. This study applied power influences and supply chain integration perspectives in a supply chain management context from a manufacturer’s viewpoint. The main purposes of this research are to investigate the impact of the exercise of power by a power-holding supplier on a manufacturer’s relationship commitment and to investigate how a manufacturer’s relationship commitment affects the integration of a manufacturer with its supplier in the supply chain. By accomplishing such goals, we examined the relationship between supplier power, relationship commitment and supplier integration. The results show that coercive power has a positive impact on instrumental relationship commitment. Expert and referent power have positive impact on normative relationship commitment. Both instrumental and normative relationship commitment has a positive impact on supplier integration.
