Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 資訊管理所暨醫療資訊管理所 === 98 === Knowledge is a fairly important asset to sustain the competitive advantage for the business. In the era of knowledge economy, organizations widely adopt the Knowledge Management System (KMS) to manage the organizational knowledge. The knowledge workers can easily give and receive knowledge through KMS. However, we still know not much how knowledge workers adopt knowledge in the KMS. This study develops a Heuristic-Systematic Model to investigate the determinant of user’s knowledge adoption. A survey was conducted and the questionnaires were distributed to 670 knowledge workers in seventeen organizations, which have adopted KMS. The response rate approximates 49.85%. The results indicated that system quality and source credibility significantly influence knowledge adoption. Additionally, recipient’s expertise significantly moderates the relationships between knowledge quality and knowledge adoption. Finally, managerial implications are also provided.
