碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 會計與資訊科技研究所 === 98 === According to the report of 2009 Taiwan critical IT decision makers, Enterprise Resource Planning system was top one of e-solutions in 2008, accounting for over 70%；Obviously ERP system has been a mature package software. However, the fundamental issues after implementing ERP system are around support and maintenance management. Current ERP system vendors and software consultants have their own theory of ERP system life cycle and some of them are similar. According to AMR Research in April 2009, most enterprises express that they reserve their views to ERP system vendor’s maintenance policy, but they do not risk terminating the maintenance contract. Even though ERP system remains in good condition every year, the enterprises still have to pay for huge maintenance contract’s fee. This is a major problem for enterprises whether maintain the ERP system by themselves or not, they should consider the ability of IT staffs and the burden of funding. However, there has not a set of appropriate guidelines or standards to guide enterprises maintain their own ERP system. Through literature review, we summarize ERP system maintenance process for enterprises to obtain great efficiency of supporting and maintaining ERP system; then use these results design Delphi questionnaire and through a case study to verify and assessment the practicality and availability of ERP system maintenance standard process. This research shows that the organization change and time pressures are often the problem when they maintain the ERP system by themselves, however under the IT outsourcing situation, they can ask outsourcing vendors to keep maintenance records and related information through the ERP system maintenance standard process, that will be more convenient and more efficient when enterprises take over the personnel or change the outsourcing vendor according to these ―Documentations‖.
