ERP (Material Requirement Planning) becomes the foundation system of enterprise. Nevertheless, there are many business process irrelevant to ERP. BPM (Business Process Management) system can reach the integration between human(organization) and machine(system). BPM was taken account of since 2000. The study is based on the information system success model which DeLone & McLean announced in 2003 , then revised by Seddon in 1997. To probe into the relationship between the user satisfaction, system quality, information quality, service quality and perceived usefulness in case company. Further, we would like to check the interaction between “user satisfaction” and “net benefit”. The results show that the user’s recognition for “system quality”, “information quality”, ” perceived usefulness” do not impact on “user satisfaction” significantly. On the other hand, user satisfaction are mainly affected by service quality. It revealed that higher “user satisfaction” created higher “net benefit”.
