Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 電機工程所 === 98 === In this thesis, A transceiver system for implantable Cardiac Micro-Stimulator has been implemented. This transceiver is composed of two parts which are the design of outer transmitter for implantable system and the power and data recovery circuits. The transmitter includes a PSK modulator circuit and a Class-E Amplifier. On the other hand, the power and data recovery circuits contain a rectifier, a power management system, a charge pump, a linear regulator and a PSK demodulator with clock recovery circuit. The necessary power in implantable system is mainly supplied by rechargeable battery which is charged by way of RF coupling method. The received AC signal from coil coupling is rectified to DC voltage which is supplied to power management system, a regulator is connected to battery output sequentially and providing more stable voltage for system. The charge pump can generate high voltage for cardiac stimulation. The PSK demodulator will extract the data and clock form AC signal. The overall circuit with core area of 0.45mm2 has been implemented in TSMC 0.35µm 2P4M CMOS process technology. Measurement results show that the power can be obtained to supply DC voltage for system, and the high voltage can be generated under 1V input; besides, data and clock can be precisely recovered.
