There were four main purposes of this study: 1. to review the current status of national univeristy sports leagues; 2. to analyse on the popularity of tennis in national universities and future developemt suggestion; 3. to assess the development plan for the game of national university tennis league; 4. to evaluate the possibility for the Game of National University Tennis League. The results obtained are as follows: In college sports league status: the college basketball teams of the regional distribution is so broad, the competition season is too short, a lot of excellent players are collected in better universities, resulting in uneven competition, college volleyball team made up too wide, the number of teams should be for more than 12 teams be more appropriate. It is easy lose the core of sports due to the competition schedule in one time, too few facilities and preparation time is too short, and competitions are also faced by poor distribution of the competitions; college football league in the race classification and funding both need to be strengthened further; college baseball league of its competition system should be the home and away, the game system is so easily restricted by the season of the financial implications. In the designing college tennis league system: SWOT Analysis: "advantages" in order to increase player motor skills, experience and sense of achievement, competition, expand the school''s reputation and look for corporate sponsorship; "weakness" to a long-season competition game, players unequal performance, school supervisors and contractors were not extended this matters and lack of experience; "opportunity" for the rapid increase in tennis population, high-quality exercise environment, enhancing the commercialization sports leagues and promoting competitive performance; "threat" for the sport events easier to overlap, the people watch a low, easier effected by weather and be influenced on the players schoolwork. Interviewer’s points: new tennis league be composed by team, the competition system is divided into an open A, open B and the general group. men (single, double, single, double, single) five-point system, women''s groups (single, double, single) three-point system. the season by local game for third season (7,8,9 months), the fourth season (10,11,12 months) and the first season of next year (1,2,3 months), the national final in the second season (4,5 , 6 months) was held. "human resources" is set for the administrative group, competitive information group, facility and equipment group, referee group, prizes group, medical group, the record group, doping control group, accounting group, public relations group, and planning advocacy groups and so on. "match designing" system is divided into local level game (September - November, December - February); Regional level (March-April) and the National level game (May); local level adopt by round-robin tournament, each district 6 to 8 teams from each of two teams of each district advance regional semi-finals. Regional level adopt grouping round-robin tournament, a total of 16 teams (12 teams + the region to take a wild-card 4). Local level using "distributed home and away", the regional level and the National Finals in order to centralized (in the same tournament time and place) to hold.
