Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 勞工所 === 98 === This research targets are Minsyong Industrial parks Service Center shift employees. This is explore the relationships among shift employees’ emotional intelligence, work-family conflict, job involvement and perceived organizational support. In order to understand the relationships, the questionnaire is used to collect and analyze data in this study. And then, the conclusions and suggestions are provided to the authorities, training institutions, and companies. There were 323 questionnaires sent out. 206 valid questionnaires were obtained. Based on the statistical methods, the results were in following:
1. Shift employees’ self-emotion appraisal aspect of emotional intelligence(EI), has positive effect on job involvement. Besides, the use of emotion also has obviously effect on the aspect of job involvement.
2. Shift employees’ work-family conflict has obviously effect on the job involvement. Besides, worry-based has obviously effect on the job involvement. .
3. Shift employees’ perceived organizational support wouldn’t have moderating effect between work-family conflict and job involvement.
4. The emotional intelligence of shift employee has obviously negative effect work-family conflict. Besides regulation of emotion, aspect of EI, has obviously negative effect on strain-based WFC.
5. Shift employees’ work-family conflict wouldn’t have mediation affection between emotional intelligence and job involvement.
