碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 勞工所 === 98 === To decline the unemployment rate is the important target of the Council of Labor Affairs during the period financial meltdown. The dispatched laborers who are the most amount of the public employment service institutes have to not only deal with the heavy affairs but match the need between the populace seeking employment and the employers. Consequently, they suffer hight stress, job bournout, and sepressive tendency. The study is designed to investigate the relationship among the role stress, job bournout, and depressive tendency of the dispatched laborers in the five public employment service centers of Taiwan by the quantitative approach. There are totally 1,187 questionnaires sent, and the number of response is 423 including 378 valid responses. The results of the study are as follws: 1.Role stress has the significant effects on job bournout. 2.Job bournout has the significant effects on depressive tendency. 3.Job bournout has a significant mediating effect on role stress and depressive tendency.
