Now society and environment change so fast, company need to change to meet customer’s need. One performance appriaisal method doesn’t complete to evaluate the company’s performance. Therefore, balanced score card become the all-round method for company to use.
From now on, non-profit organization becomes more and more important for society. Due to environment chang fast, people need more service and product, so that the non-profit organizations become more comprehend to provide service. Therefore, for non-profit organization, how to use their resources more efficiency and efficacy become more important. So, how to use performance appraisal to evaluate non-profit organization become a key point of view.
Dharma Drum Mountain is famous and good non-porfit organization in Taiwan. DDM help many people including studenet, low revenue people etc. But DDM doesn’t have an overall performance appriaisal method. Our search uses the case study method for DDM. By using balance scored card method, including four concepts: financial, customer, learing and growth, and internal process, our search will use four concepts to evaluate DDM’s profermance and bring up our suggestion for DDM.
