National laws to respect the institution of marriage, but also to maintain and strengthen the legitimate purposes of the family made marital relations, special recognition of the existence of the wife in the marriage of their children by birth, presumed to be legitimate children, or born out of wedlock. The aim is to avoid parent-child relationship between the blood of female difficulties of proof, and the wife of chastity can trust, even more important is the protection of children''s status, so that their children obtain a birth, the identity of legitimate children, parents can be properly protected and educated, healthy body and mind physical and mental development of children. However, whether the origin of the relationship between father and son female contact, can not be identified by the appearance, so the result case of any presumption, children do not come from the legal presumption of paternity of origin, consistent with the spirit of jus sanguinis, complacent to allow lawsuits filed to deny the legitimate denial of identity, to relieve women of the father-child relationship consumers.
