The three main purposes are as follows: 1. Understand the current situation of the teachers perceived principal’s Spirituality-Leadership and Job satisfaction in Elementary School. 2. Probe into the difference of perceptions between teachers perceived principal’s Spirituality-Leadership and Job satisfaction in Elementary school with different background variables. 3. Analyze the relationship between teachers perceived principal’s Spirituality-Leadership and Job satisfaction. To fulfill the purposes above, the study uses questionnaires to collect data. The sample consisted of teachers in public Elementary schools in Chiayi county. The measure tool was ” Questionnaire of teachers perceived principal’s Spirituality-Leadership and Job satisfaction in Elementary school” . The samples of 50 Elementary Schools and 504 volunteers were surveyed and 451 sampling cases were valid. The results were analized by using descriptive statistic analysis, T-test ,One-way ANOVA, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation. According to the findings of the research, there were conclusions as follows: 1. Teachers in Chiayi county had high degree of perception of perception of principal’s Spirituality-Leadership, in which the “hope” were rated the highest and the “education mission” were the lowest. 2. Teachers who have longer working experience, hold a post of the administrative duty,work in small-scale school and work in remote area schools were rated the highest. 3. Teachers in Chiayi county had high degree of perception of Job satisfaction, in which the “teacher job” were rated the highest, and the “administrative” were the lowest. 4. Teachers holding hold a post of the administrative duty were rated the highest. 5. There are positively relative to the whole and the different dimensions between teachers perceived principal’s Spirituality-Leadership and Job satisfaction in Elementary School. Finally, according to the results, this study provides suggestions to the education authorities, principals, and future researchers.
