Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 成人及繼續教育所 === 98 === The purpose of this study is fivefold: to have a better understanding of
the teaching professional competence,teaching belief and creative teaching of
the teachers in elementary schools; to explore what teachers’ backgrounds will
pull out from their teaching professional competence,teaching belief and
creative teaching; to study how teaching professional competence,teaching
belief and creative teaching are relate and predictive.
561 Yunlin County teachers were surveyed by answering a questionnaire edited
and given by the author, in which a profile of the relationship between teaching
professional competence,teaching belief and creative teaching could be
determined as the average and standard deviation have been counted. The data
of the relationship are collected using t-test, one-way variance analysis,
followed by Scheff’s multiple comparison if the test result reaches a high level,
Person’s product-moment correlation method is applied to see whether teaching
professional competence,teaching belief and creative teaching are apparently
related to each other, and then hierarchical multiple regression is applied to
see whether teaching professional competence and teaching belief predict
creative teaching.
Conclusion:
1. There is above average perception for teachers’ teaching professional
competence among the elementary school teachers,their teaching professional
competence towards “competence of plan” needs improvement.
2. Though the teachers’ teaching beliefs are improving steadily, but the role
positioning of the teacher on social and community must make clear.
3. There is above average perception for teachers’ creative teaching among the
elementary school teachers, but management of teaching condition and using
tool in various ways must strengthen.
4. Males, with master degrees,senior teachers, master-qualified teachers,large-sized school teachers are most effectively than others.
5. Senior teachers, master-qualified teachers are among those with the most
progress-inclined teaching beliefs.
6. Urban school, large-sized school teachers are most effectively than others.
7. The teachers in elementary schools who above average perception for teachers’
teaching professional competence are improving steadily though their
teaching beliefs.
8. The teachers in elementary schools who above average perception for teachers’
teaching professional competence are above average perception for teachers’
creative teaching.
9. The teachers who their teaching beliefs are improving steadily, are above
average perception for teachers’ creative teaching.
10. There is an apparent elationship between teaching professional competence,
teaching bewief and creative teaching.The teachers’ teaching professional
competence and teaching bewief affects the teachers’ creative teaching.
11. Teaching professional competence and teaching belief can interpret and
predict creative teaching.
12. The inference of meditation in class management and teacher-student
relationships is most.
To sum up, according to the discussiooons of study results, I advanced the
theory and the practical purport to be the reference material for the future
researchers and Elementary Schools.
