Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 企業管理所 === 98 === As age and the concept of varying, the form of trading has been changing from the ancient barter to the exquisite trading nowadays; meanwhile, more convenience has been brought to our daily life. However, the “auction trade” form which was born before 500 B.C. has been used until today. Many kinds of fictitious and virtual auction markets have been established, and the scale of these markets is growing gradually. Even though the auction market is a long-history trade form, the past researches about it are based on the economics and the information management. Relatively speaking, there are few researches from the business model aspect. Therefore, this research collects some auction markets for the case data at first. Then we generalized these cases in accordance with some specific norms to obtain the structural conditions and the behavioral patterns which the auction markets are facing and adopt. At last, we turned these variations that we developed into a set of relationship table and relationship chart. Based on these tables and charts, we can develop some directions of discussing below: I. The illustration of the relationship tables of structural conditions and behavioral patterns relationship of auction markets operation. II. The discussion of highly-common structural conditions of auction markets operation. III. The discussion of highly-common behavioral patterns of auction markets operation. IV. The analysis of the relation between cause and effect of structural conditions and behavioral patterns. V. The discussion of highly-overlapped of structural conditions and behavioral patterns. VI. The pair discussion of structural conditions and behavioral patterns. The purpose of this research is to build a framework which can explain the connection relationship between structural conditions and behavioral patterns of auction market. Furthermore, this research wants to point out the necessary behavioral patterns for the auction markets and hope to show if there’s any parts of auction markets’ operation should be strengthened. Moreover, offering some useful guideline for the operator of these auction markets, this research wishes to create more value for the markets and the all the related stakeholders.
