However, because of the rapid changing in technology and knowledge, SMEs face the challenge in keeping with their competitive advantages. In order to pursue the everlasting operation, SMEs have to use innovation to break through the bottleneck and try to cope with the harsh environment. In the process of pursuing innovation, the future issue is: How SMEs actively build innovative cultures, quickly use dynamic capabilities to respond the need of environment, and create innovative performance in nearly competition. The sample of this study included 174 SMEs in Taiwan. We used SPSS to examine statistics. This study used regression to investigate the impact among innovative cultures, dynamic capabilities, and innovative performances. Hierarchical regression was used to investigate dynamic capabilities as the mediating role of innovative cultures and innovative performances. The result showed that first, innovative cultures are partially positively associated with innovative performances. Second, innovative cultures are also partially positively associated with dynamic capabilities. Third, dynamic capabilities are positively associated with innovative performances.
