During the research, the researcher used qualitative research method to have interviews with eight juvenile probation officers, the main content of the interveiws can be devided into three parts: The first part is working condition of juvenile protective control, in supervising term and counselling term; the second part is to know further about the mutual action happened between juvenile probation officer and the protected juvenile; the third part is to realize the difficulties of the juvenile probation officer.

2. To increase the safety device when visiting the juveniles, such as to establish system of policeman accompanying.
3. To increase the fund and information of juvenile allocation.
4. To increase the accessible probation officers’ width when counselling difficulties happens.
5. To set up the system of supervising, but the assessment of supervising is still need to be estimated.
6. To adjust the elasticity of new regulation by thinking of the restriction of protective control measures.
7. To establish the official website for the resource allocation of probation officers.
