Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 化學所 === 98 === This thesis studies two different research projects. The first project aims at the construction of quinazolinone based natural alkaloid - asperlicin D via five different synthetic approaches. In the key step, dehydrative cyclization, the bisanthranilamide containing tripeptide was readily cyclized in the presence of catalytic amount of metal triflate to afford the natural product with negligible reacemization. The second projrct deals with the work entitled “Transimination Reaction in Ionic liquid”. Ionic liquids have attracted lots of attention as environmental friendly alternatives to conventional hazardous organic solvents owing to their unique properties, such as high polarity and boiling point. In this thesis, we demonstrated that the transimination reactions in ionic liquid, [b-3C-im][NTf2], were facilitated comparing to conventional organic solvents, such as dichloromethane and methanol.
