Due to high dependability, high quality and high efficiency of communication, error-correction-code plays a significant role which is indispensable. Engineers uses redundancy which is from error-correction-code to protect data and recover original data when procedures of sending data are affected even producing wrong by noise. Besides, there is also an important role which is cryptography. It makes dada become safe and avoid people to steal the information. This two technology are same background and had been formulated by Claude Elwood Shannon who laid the first information theory. As a result, there are a majority of people who would like to research how to combine this two technology because this technology can have not only error-correction but also encrypt. From all of above, this essay formulates an algorithm in order to combine this two technology.
