The manufacturing process comprises material certification、checking of the pre-processing dimension、tolerance allowance 、 working qualification、confirmation of piping position、weld inspection 、finished work-piece painting and the pressure testing, all the steps have definite regulations. The qualifications are synchronous with the manufacturing processes, from the pre-working inspection application(including detailed construction figure、calculating record、manufacturing equipment、the license of the designer, manufacturer and welder). The mechanical property testing agencies, X-ray inspection report, pressure testing and the inspection certificate are all defined by the organization. The manufacturing steps of the chiller condenser should conform to national regulation to improve the product quality、safety and reliability. The pressure vessel should be inspected by licensed agency every two years to qualify the safety.
