Under this development, enterprisers have to take internationalization into consideration. With the synchronization of market and enterprise globalization, the production management and sell must focus on global market. The product categories are no longer limited in a particular region, it includes multi and inter-continental target. In order to enhance the competitiveness, the factors have to be intergrated via supply chain management for basic procedures raw material purchases, production, storage, delivery and marketing, after-sales service as well as the management of product lifespan. The study is focused on a filament woven fabrics manufacturer in Taiwan. After implementing a successful electronic supply chain, the case derived 1. Internal enterprise, 2. External organizations of supplier chain, and 3. Supply chian magement, 3 facets and 13 key elements to success. The result was released via data collection and result analysis. With compared to other key success factors, the skill of the project team and the consultant team gains the highest score.
