Under this development, enterprisers have to take internationalization into consideration. With the synchronization of market and enterprise globalization, the production management and sell must focus on global market. The product categories are no longer limited in a particular region, it includes multi and inter-continental target. In order to enhance the competitiveness, the factors have to be intergrated via supply chain management for basic procedures raw material purchases, production, storage, delivery and marketing, after-sales service as well as the management of product lifespan.
Through innovative management and the joint venture suppliers, the target company is able to connect the bullwhip effects for both sides as well as to reduce the cost. To establish a feasible system for supply chain management, the company is able to catch all information, the production status, the order update, the delivery date of components from the integrated system; in the meantime it do reach customer service request, the shared information, in-time principle and prompt feedback, with all above to make then reach an optimum status. Moreover,to extend the business management to the sub-suppliers and sales channels so that, the conflict of bullwhip effect can be reduce and, creating more value added to the product.
The study is focused on a filament woven fabrics manufacturer in Taiwan. After implementing a successful electronic supply chain, the case derived 1. Internal enterprise, 2. External organizations of supplier chain, and 3. Supply chian magement, 3 facets and 13 key elements to success. The result was released via data collection and result analysis. With compared to other key success factors, the skill of the project team and the consultant team gains the highest score. This indicates that the capability of project management is the most important factor in the key success factors.
It is suggested that the textile industry could work on the following directions: 1. To establish the XML format for textile industry, to reduce the waste however, to enhance the competitiveness. 2. To create a optimized supply chains system so that to integration suppliers for better efficiency.
