Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 土木工程與防災科技研究所 === 97 === The purpose of this study was in order to replace epoxy resin of epoxy resin mortar with cement and slag powder. The first stage was the sample experiment for the epoxy resin mortar, by the cement and the slag powder to replace 10%,20%,30% and 40%, seeks epoxy resin is the best to be used to substitute cement and slag powder. The results showed that the amount of cement to replace the epoxy resin 10% in compressive strength, flexural strength were closed the epoxy resin without replace the mortar. But slag powder substitution epoxy resin amount used 10%,20% and 30%, each experimental data were closed or higher than of the epoxy resin without replace the mortar. And the slag powder replace 10% had better volume stabilities.
The second stage of epoxy resin mortar for repairing defects in concrete physical tests, discusses the cement and slag powder to replace the epoxy resin, the effect of making epoxy resin mortar to repair the concrete, the defective concrete to repair assessment compared the engineering properties. The test subject contains: slant shear, flexural strength of defect concrete, on repair surface effect of compressive side and tensile side. The results showed that repair surface with tensile side was the data of the more with cement and slag powder, there are flexural strength of the trend of lower. However, there were higher than the flexural strength of no defect concrete, Flexural strength of cement replaced higher the slag powder replaced.
