Summary: | 碩士 === 元智大學 === 管理研究所 === 97 === This study is try to know how the firms could build on the motivation, key to success and benefits before establishing and implementing the education training system of the standardized TTQS.
This study has accorded with the list of assessment 114 firms in 2007 and 2008 which is applied to the TTQS of guidance and assistance from the Council of Labor Affairs. Total sample recovery of 74 valid questionnaires and the recovery rate was 65%.
The results shows that the main motivation of enterprises to implement TTQS is : 1. Establish a standardized process flow of company education training; 2.Using the Training Grants of government; 3.To enhance the quality of the manpower; 4. Increasing the competitiveness within company; 5.To enhance corporate image. The success of key factors to implement the TTQS is as follows: 1. the support of senior management; 2. the use of government resources; 3. the participation of all employees; 4. to enhance the use of corporate information systems.
Research Hypothesis 1, the empirical results show that: the corporate identity does not have an impact of performance when implementing the TTQS (finance, marketing, production, human resources, overall). Research Hypothesis 2, motivation factors and business performance of TTQS were significantly related. Research Hypothesis 3, after implementing TTQS, the key factors and business performance were significantly related. Therefore, this research indicates that: When the organization formed to enhance consensus or the culture of the competitiveness of company, the participation of all employees and supporting from the executives will help manufacturing sector to import the TTQS system. An organization with complete training system will be comprised with improvements in all aspects of performance.
